Are there any good sites that can advise young people wishing to leave islam in the UK?

This should include shelter for young women who fear the men of their families (over 200 cases of 'honor killings' currently being investigated in the UK). In my line of work i am asked this (mostly by young women) but i don't have any credible answers to what is becoming a growing problem.
