Has anyone tried electronic cigarettes to give up smoking?

i am looking to stop and have seen these on the likes of iwoot, has anyone used these to stop smoking, i am desperate to stop and have tried just about everything going (its more the inhale exhale thing i miss)!!! thanks for answering!!!
