Is my husband cheating???

So my husband is a granite installer/ fabricator and for the past four weeks he has taken on some side work to get the bills caught up. Lately my husband has been talking to women from work on his cell phone, non stop. He talks to them more then he talks to me. At one point at 10 at night when he should be home with is wife and child he is talking on the phone with this women for 20 min at a time. We are currently ttc another child and I feel like an idiot!!! Here I am thinking oh what a great husband I have and there he is constantly on the phone with women from work or should I say "the office". He never gets home till after 9 and leaves at 6:45 in the morning and from the time he leaves till the time he comes home he is talking to this woman. I dont like to toot my own horn but I am a full time nursing student, a great mother, a great wife(the only thing he has to do is come home and go to sleep. I even cut the gr), Im beautiful. He doesnt want to sleep with me. So is he cheating
