Please guide me if how can i get my yahoo id expired....for a reason i want my id account be vanished.......?

bcoz of some reason i want my yahoo account be finished for ever coz i m suspecting as someone unknown continously using my id i want this id be finished for ever to creat a new one if it is possible tell me the procidure
