How can I find out if a michigan license is still revolked or suspended? Is there an online link to see?

My friend has had their license suspended or revolked for years now, and they is too lazy to see if it is possible to reinstate it. They will be moving to Atlanta soon and they want to be able to have their own license. Is there a way I can find out for them?
