Has anyone built a house in upstate NY within the last few years, and if so how much did your basement cost?

I built a house a little over three years ago in upstate NY. Our basement is not a walkout, and I believe our dimensions are 24 x 48....basically a 1400 sq ft footprint . Our basement cost us around $8k to have the cellar hole dug out and the concrete pured. A walkout will probably save you some money since one wall of the basement would basically be missing.
