Keep your leg elevated, try relaxation methods such as breathing and doing things to take your mind off the pain. As far as the sleep deprivation,my best bet would be a natural vitamin melatonin, you can find it anywhere they sale vitamins. But with the pregnancy I would research it in webmd.com. before taking anything.
