Canadian Pedophile C. Neil: Is sentenced to 39 months in a Thai prison?

Unfortunately in alot of third world countries their are no childrens rights laws or even laws to protect battered women. This is definately not enough time. It is definately backwards, if you steal you could have your hand cut off, or be jailed for life. Thats why I live in the US!
