HELP! Private Student Loan Debt?

I have 74k in private student loan debt. 2 of the loans will start repayment this december and 6 will follow during 2009. I still have 2 years left in school! These are Chase loans that were sold to AES. they are all at 7.12% should i consolidate? should i just pay? the total for all would be $586 a month.
