The most important things to a homeless,or poor person is food and clothing. Can you set up a Web-page and request contributions of nonperishable food and clothing, check with your local authorities to see if you need a permit or license to act as a non-profit organization. Or hook up with one that is already established in your area, then you can solicit local merchants. Thank you and best of luck
