Ok if you ovulated later in your month then normal?

Ok just say that i normall y ovulate on the or around the 18 and 19 I have 28 day cycle I'm like clockwork. But this month I ovulated later according to my info. I ovulated on the 22nd Nov. It is now Dec. 5 I have not started my period yet. Took a test and it was negative. So could I of just conceived later and thats why nothing yet. Is this possible
