What do you think Illegal Mexican alien charged with killing New York teen?

I could go for the death penalty on conviction (or pleading guilty - same thing) of & murder charges. Mexico might kick up a fuss on death penalty cases, but the guy is in US and subject to US law. Besides, Mexico shoots illegal aliens, so they have no moral ground to stand on. If it's a death penalty case, State Dept should tell Mexico to stuff it.
