Yaz, skipping period?

im trying to plan a weekend out at the end of this cycle and would really like to not have my period. i am a sunday starter, so i get my period on thursday and go thru sunday. i am on the second week of this pill pack. is there any way i can make my period this month come a few days earlier- say monday through thursday, instead of having it through the entire weekend? if this cant be done, how likely am i to have breakthrough bleeding if its my first time skipping placebo pills? i would rather just have my period and a little less fun than have to walk around worried that im bleeding through my jeans all weekend
