Help I have lumps, and I'm a guy!?

So ever since I entered my weight gain in grade 5 or 4. I didn't really mind it much untill now or so. I'm now 14 5.7 and 135pound. Some may say that I am at a right weight for my age and height. But I have a squishy stomach and i have . I'm not sure if it's just puberty or that medical thing I read about where you have to get surgery or something. But if I Pinch the black spot around the nipple, I would feel little bumps. I don't know want to do will it go away? or do I have that medical problem thing. Also, I drink alot of bottled water...
